I started this business to work with creators one-on-one. I’ve done the fast-paced ad industry thing and have a few shiny things with big brand names on my shelf to show for it. But these days, I’m aiming for something closer to home: meaning. I find it when I work with people who share my ideals—people who took a chance on their dreams, who build relationships with their communities, and get excited at the idea of collaborating with people who “get” them.
